Refund Policy

Commitment Acknowledgment: 
By enrolling in the Program and processing your payment, you ("the Participant") acknowledge and affirm that you are able and willing to pay for the Program, have not been coerced into making this decision, and are fully aware of the financial and time commitment required.

Open Communication: 
If you have questions or concerns about your commitment or any other aspect of the Program, you may send an email to [email protected]. We assure you that your query will be addressed by the next business day.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for a potential refund, the following conditions must be met:

a. Follow Our Recommendations:
The Participant must consistently follow the recommendations and guidelines provided during the course of the Program.

b. Continuous Communication:
The Participant must maintain regular and transparent communication with their designated coach throughout the duration of the Program.

c. Honest Effort:
The Participant agrees to engage in the Program wholeheartedly and make an honest effort to implement the teachings and strategies discussed. Refunds will not be processed for Participants seeking to withdraw prematurely without valid cause.

Refund Limitations: 
No early refunds will be provided. If, after completing the entire 12-month Program and meeting all the conditions outlined above, the Participant feels the Program did not provide value, they may be eligible for a refund, subject to review and at the sole discretion of the Beauty First Method Foundations Program team.

Entire Agreement: 
This policy constitutes the entire agreement between the Participant and the Program and supersedes all prior understandings, written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this policy.
